An evil apprentice sorceress. She entered the dungeon hoping to find a quiet, secluded place where she could study the darker arts without being disturbed.

The Species, Background, and God choices are all mandatory. You must be worshipping one of the gods listed above before entering Lair, Orcish Mines, the Vaults or Depths, unless this isn't possible in which case you must worship them as soon as you can. Don't use faded altars (except in challenges where you can choose any god), and don't do anything to lose your religion unless otherwise specified.
NOTE: Except for Beogh, Ignis, Jiyva and Lugonu, an altar for the other gods will ALWAYS show up by D:10.
Use only the following weapons: All short blades, clubs, whips, spears, magical staves (including any one-handed unrand staves), darts, stones, throwing nets. Wyrmbane is not allowed, it's a lance and not a spear. Fighting unarmed is allowed but training Unarmed Combat is not.
Don't train Armour or Shields skills. This doesn't prohibit you from wearing any armours or shields, specifically.
Find the entrance to the Tomb of the Ancients.
Conducts are worth +5 points each, to a maximum of half your score from milestones, rounded down. (So if you achieve 4 milestones (20 points) you can earn up to 10 points from conduct bonuses.) Small mistakes in following conducts will usually be forgiven.
Don't have any skills higher than 15. This includes bonuses from cross-training, e.g. training both axes and polearms to 15 would disqualify you from this challenge because their effective levels would be higher than 15.
Get the Orb of Zot while in Lichform, and remain a Lich until you win the game. If something flukey keeps you from being a Lich temporarily that's OK, but during this time you can't do anything you couldn't do in Lichform: drink potions, wield holy weapons, go berserk (intentionally), cast other form-changing spells, or cast necromancy spells that require you to be alive (sublimation of blood, death's door, borgnjor's revivification). I may have forgotten something so this list is not necessarily exhaustive!
Bonus challenges are worth one star each, similar to banners in Crawl tournaments. Small mistakes will usually be forgiven.
The main way to score points. +5 points each, and can be done in any order.
