A formidable demon lord inhabiting the endless halls of Pandemonium. Each one is different, with its own set of strengths and weaknesses.

The Species, Background, and God choices are all mandatory. You must be worshipping one of the gods listed above before entering Lair, Orcish Mines, the Vaults or Depths, unless this isn't possible in which case you must worship them as soon as you can. Don't use faded altars (except in challenges where you can choose any god), and don't do anything to lose your religion unless otherwise specified.
NOTE: Except for Beogh, Ignis, Jiyva and Lugonu, an altar for the other gods will ALWAYS show up by D:10.
If you worship a god from a faded altar, and reach D:15, you get a bonus 5 points. These points are not a conduct bonus and are not limited by your score, though there is still a maximum of 50 points for the challenge.
Reach skill level 21 in any weapon or magic skill, other than Fighting or Spellcasting, before XL27.
Don't enter the Ecumenical Temple.
Enter Pandemonium.
Many exits from Pan are through the Abyss, and having the Abyssal rune makes exits in the Abyss more likely to generate, so you may want to collect the Abyssal rune before entering Pan.
Conducts are worth +5 points each, to a maximum of half your score from milestones, rounded down. (So if you achieve 4 milestones (20 points) you can earn up to 10 points from conduct bonuses.) Small mistakes in following conducts will usually be forgiven.
Kill a Seraph.
Bring as many mutation potions as you have (and can buy) into Zot. Immediately after picking up the Orb of Zot, drink at least 4 mutation potions, and then win the game. If you don't have that many left, drink as many as you have. If you don't even have one, either get yourself up to light red Contam, or find some way to malmutate yourself at least twice (e.g. casting Yara's on yourself, summoning a Neqoxec and then making it hostile, etc.)
(The point of this challenge is not to make you ration mutation potions, but to give you an unexpected set of mutations for the orb run, in case you are worried about following the spirit of the challenge.)
Bonus challenges are worth one star each, similar to banners in Crawl tournaments. Small mistakes will usually be forgiven.
The main way to score points. +5 points each, and can be done in any order.
