It has been centuries since outsiders were last allowed access to the cavernous libraries of the formicids, but their emissaries are still seen from time to time - surveying other lands for resources or scientific discoveries that might aid the colony. This one's study of the magical fibres excreted by orb spiders has already lead to an alchemical breakthrough, allowing them to shape fulminant prisms such that their explosions are directed at enemies alone. Alas, their enthusiasm to conduct a field test bodes poorly for your health.

The Species, Background, and God choices are all mandatory. You must be worshipping one of the gods listed above before entering Lair, Orcish Mines, the Vaults or Depths, unless this isn't possible in which case you must worship them as soon as you can. Don't use faded altars (except in challenges where you can choose any god), and don't do anything to lose your religion unless otherwise specified.
NOTE: Except for Beogh, Ignis, Jiyva and Lugonu, an altar for the other gods will ALWAYS show up by D:10.

Cast only the conjuration spells in the starting Conjurer magic book (Magic dart, Searing Ray, Fulminant Prism and Iskenderun's Mystic Blast) and spells that are in the Alchemy school. Multi school spells are allowed.
Only use a 2-handed Venom brand weapon and shield (Edit: or an orb) from the time you enter the Vault, Elf, or Depths. If either item is unavailable, it must be equipped as soon as possible.
Train Invocations to skill level 16 before XL21.
Conducts are worth +5 points each, to a maximum of half your score from milestones, rounded down. (So if you achieve 4 milestones (20 points) you can earn up to 10 points from conduct bonuses.) Small mistakes in following conducts will usually be forgiven.
Get 3 gems other than the dungeon one. The gems do not need to stay intact.

Use each of Dithmenos abilities 20 times each...and win the game.
Bonus challenges are worth one star each, similar to banners in Crawl tournaments. Small mistakes will usually be forgiven.
