The Species, Background, and God choices are all mandatory. You must be worshipping one of the gods listed above before entering Lair, Orcish Mines, the Vaults or Depths, unless this isn't possible in which case you must worship them as soon as you can. Don't use faded altars (except in challenges where you can choose any god), and don't do anything to lose your religion unless otherwise specified.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Except for Beogh, Ignis, Jiyva and Lugonu, an altar for the other gods will ALWAYS show up by D:10.
- Small mistakes will likely NOT be forgiven unless they are minute. (If you are unsure please ask ASAP if you are forgiven in our CC Discord linked above.)

Special Rule or Notes

From the changelog:

  • New skill: Forgecraft, used for Forgecraft spells.
    • Most species have Forgecraft apts similar to their Summoning apts, with the exceptions of Mountain Dwarves, Coglins, Yellow Draconians (all +2), Barachi (+1), Demonspawn, Felids (all -1), Ghouls, Minotaurs, and Tengu (all -2).
  • New background: Forgewright, which starts with a +0 hammer (a reskinned mace), a potion of magic, and a variety of Forgecraft spells.
  • Constructs the player makes with their own Forgecraft spells can be nonviolently deconstructed by pressing ctrl+[direction] while adjacent.

Cosplay conduct points

1. Weapon

Have in inventory a randart weapon (Random Artifact) enchanted to +9.

2. Armour

Have in inventory a randart armour (Random Artifact) enchanted to at least +6 or a randart shield to at least +5

3. Hat

Wear a hat at the time of your morgue (win or death) so that it shows up as equipped.

FYI, the crown, the mask and the hood of the assassin are all considered artefact DCSS hats.

Conducts are worth +5 points each, to a maximum of half your score from milestones, rounded down. (So if you achieve 4 milestones (20 points) you can earn up to 10 points from conduct bonuses.)

Bonus challenges

1. Hell's Fire

Cast Hellfire Mortar or Platinum Paragon at least 27 times.

2. Who needs to fight when...

Do not enter Zot before reaching XL 27. Once you've reached XL 25, use only Forgecraft spells... and win the game. This means: no melee, no ranged, no throwing, no evocables, no abilities...but Potions & Scrolls are allowed. Bonus challenges are worth one star each, similar to banners in Crawl tournaments.

Milestones

  • Reach XL3.
  • Enter Lair, Orc, or Depths.
  • Reach the bottom of Dungeon, Lair, or Orc.
  • Collect your first rune.
  • Find the entrance to Zot. (Just using magic mapping doesn't count.)
  • Collect your third rune.
  • Win the game.

The main way to score points. +5 points each, and can be done in any order.
